 Travel with host family is allowed. A copy of the itinerary including contact address and phone number must be lodged with host family counsellor.

Travel with a rotary club member is allowed with the permission of the host family. A copy of the travel itinerary including contact address and phone number must be lodged with the host family counsellor.

Unaccompanied travel is not encouraged and in some districts is forbidden. Where accompanied travel is permitted by the host club and district, the student must abide by the rules and regulations stipulated.

In obtaining permission for travel, written approval must be sought from:

1. your natural parents
2. your host parents
3. your host club
   A copy of the travel itinerary (including contact addresses and  phone numbers) must be lodged with your host club                counsellor and host district counsellor for permission to             undertake travel
4. your host district YEP counsellor
5. your d9650 YEP counsellor
6. your school principal
