Club Administration
Club Administration involves encouraging activities within the clubs to help them function successfully. To liaise with and support the Assistant Governors in supporting the Clubs.
Also to work with the Membership Director and the Club Visioning sub-Committee to encourage clubs to consider long range planning and continuity from one year to the next, and to look at ways of extending membership numbers.
